“Crimson Glow” is inspired by an intimate, close-up view of the hibiscus, one of the most familiar and striking flowers found throughout Trinidad & Tobago. By bringing the viewer closer to its form, I focused on the richness of color and the thickness of the oil paint, allowing texture to carry the energy and vitality of the bloom.
It is my way of celebrating the bold beauty found in the natural details that surround us every day.
